NetStar appoints Kenneth Chan as Director of Technical Services, Greater China

Mr. Chan brings to NetStar over eight years of experience where he has served The 8th Network Corporation as Vice President, China Business Consulting Division. During the two years of assignment, he led a team of 15 professionals to provide consultancy services to both global enterprises and domestic China businesses. Prior to that, he was Chief Technology Officer of CampusALL Information Technology Ltd with offices in Beijing and Shanghai with over 30+ technical staff.

After graduate school, Mr. Chan was hired as Senior Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert for American Management Systems Inc. based in the U.S. He had completed a number of major assignments, including consultancy for Fleet Bank in Boston, helping with the merger of Bank of America and Continental Bank, consultancy for Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank in London, Hong Kong and Taiwan, implementing customer portfolio risk management system and also developing Global Trade Finance Business Initiative for Bank of America.

Mr. Chan obtained his Bachelor Degree from UCLA in Computer Science where he was Cum Laude majoring in Network Protocol and Modeling. He received his Master of Computer Science degree also from UCLA, majoring in Distributed Database Systems for which he received Departmental Scholar Honor in 1995.
