NetStar appoints Yuan Li as Managing Director of NetStar China

Yuan Li joined NetStar in September 2002 as Managing Director for NetStar Beijing. He brings to NetStar with more than 13 years of experience in managing China business for global corporations as well as carrying the role of country management.

He graduated from Beijing Information Technology Engineering Institute with a degree in Computer Application. After his graduation, he worked for many multinational corporations in China, including Siemens, Control Data, Genasys, and Veritas. Over the years he has built close relationships with various government entities such as Ministry of Information Industry, and the State Development & Planning Commission.
