NetStar Australia appoints Lynton Alderson as GNC Director

Mr Alderson joins NetStar with extensive experience in network operation centre management. Mr Alderson was Network Operations Centre Manager with Lucent from the centre’s creation for 3 years until to his move to Broadcast Australia.

In both these roles, Mr Alderson was the driving force in achieving great customer satisfaction, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency, and assisting with new business development in a ‘mission critical’ environment. In addition to his practical experience, Mr Alderson holds an Associate Diploma Of Engineering (Electronics) and an MBA .

Mr Alderson has been selected to help our GNC Team move to the next level of operational and process efficiency, following five years of high growth and the development of a broad range of management offerings across data, voice and security. As the GNC continues to grow, Mr Alderson will be responsible for improving tools, processes and staff compliance to enable continued dramatic scale increases with minimal cost growth.
