Visibility of the contribution and performance of IT infrastructure is of interest at the executive and operational levels in many companies. NetStar provides high visibility through unique integrated remote management services for converged data, security and voice systems.

Customer business rules are embedded in our monitoring tools to ensure that priority is given to critical systems and devices. Complete transparency of the network and resolution process is provided, so your staff retain visibility of the infrastructure (but are free to concentrate on core IT initiatives).   • Full transparency: NetStar encourages customers to access the same tools that are used to monitor and manage the network. We give the customer complete and comprehensive visibility of their systems, in real-time a Web-based application (nVisage).
  • Retain Control: Most customers prefer to retain a degree of control over their technology environment. NetStar’s approach enables customers to retain full operational control (for example, during business hours) while NetStar provides full and comprehensive monitoring, management and response to outages.

  • Rules-based approach: The customer’s priorities and business rules are captured in the management tools and directly drive escalation and remedial processes. This ensures that all actions are aligned with the business priorities and requirements of the customer.

Reporting
  • Real-time reports: Comprehensive and real-time reporting across all performance elements is available through nVisage. Performance of the network is available at any point in time, as well as historical data and graphs.
  • Recommendations: Regular summary reports are available, which identify potential issues and recommend any adjustments to the environment.
