Our Global NetCentre (GNC) facilities– from which all of our support services are based – offers industry-leading management technologies that align with our customers’ business requirements.

  • Expertise in converged networks we have strong data, IP voice and security expertise, and continually develop new service offerings that extend the potential of IP networks and reflect our customers’ ongoing and future IT needs. NetStar can claim many milestones in IP Telephony, including the first implementation in the world of IP Telephony on a Pay-TV cable network (Mildura) and the largest implementation of powered Cisco ports (Swinburne University, 18,000 ports).

  • Strategic vendor partnerships: we are accredited at the highest levels with leading IT suppliers, reflecting our ongoing commitment to training our engineering & sales staff and providing a single point of contact for multi-vendor network support. (At the same time, our vendor independence means we can advise on, install and support solutions that integrate the best solutions from multiple vendors.)

  • Global footprint: a network of offices across the Asia-Pacific region combined with service partners across the world – gives us the flexibility and reach to support the needs of multi-national corporations. We support and manage devices across 42 countries.
